This policy explains what personal data is processed when you use this website or contact the practice, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

This website has no contact form and no user accounts. It does not set advertising cookies. The hosting provider (OVH) keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, date and time) for security purposes, for the period defined in its own policy.
If you write on WhatsApp, call, email, or book on Doctolib, the data you provide (name, telephone number, email, reason for consultation, appointment details) is used to answer you, organise your appointment and, if you become a patient, to keep your patient file as required by law. WhatsApp and Doctolib process your data under their own privacy policies.
Answering a request: your consent and pre-contractual steps. Patient file: legal obligation and legitimate interest in providing care; health data in the patient file is kept for the period required by French law (20 years from the last consultation). Contact details of people who do not become patients are deleted within 12 months.
Only Aloïs Ruetsch and, where relevant, the practice’s booking provider (Doctolib) and messaging provider (WhatsApp). Data is never sold. No data is transferred outside the EU except through those providers, under their safeguards.
You can access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your data, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw consent at any time by writing to alois.osteo@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
